To develop and embed, in partnership with other UCAS teams, an enterprise approach to Change Management, ensuring leaders, staff and customers are ready, willing and able to accept change initiatives and realise the full value of the change being delivered to them.
Key accountabilities:
- Design and lead the implementation of an overarching Enterprise Change Management strategy and approach to provide a consistent and standard methodology for teams across the organisation to follow, to ensure business benefits are realised.
- Foster a culture of Enterprise Change readiness and adaptability within the organisation by working with senior stakeholders to define change objectives, communicate the vision and secure buy-in to ensure a consistent approach to Change Management.
- Design, implement and lead an Enterprise approach to User Acceptance Testing and Model Office for all projects and programmes, in collaboration with the QA Team.
- Design, implement, and lead a transparent and iterative Enterprise communications strategy for Change, including Enterprise Change impact assessment, ensuring business functions and agencies are aware of totality of change, are informed of any potential changes, and are clear on their role in supporting it, in collaboration with the Internal Communications and Business Analyst teams.

Salary - £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
